As A&I Managers, you will act as in-house business strategy consultants. Your main responsibility is to make sure that consumer and shopper insights, both quantitative and qualitative, form the backbone of our planning and operations. You will make all the big, growth-driving decisions here.

In Analytics and Insights, we directly influence business strategy, product design, pricing, media investments and much more. We use our boundless curiosity to discover what consumers want, why they want it & how we can we influence them through immersive exploration, in-depth analysis, and good research.

Responsibilities:

Examine P&G's monthly business operations, and employ a combination of internal data (e.g., sales data) and external data (e.g., market share and household consumption) to derive valuable insights.

Conduct in-depth explorations of various product categories or distribution channels (such as Baby Care, Shave Care, Skin Care, or Hyper Super, Drug Pharma, eCommerce) to identify potential growth prospects and key factors that can accelerate business growth.

Use analytics to make Media/Trade more effective and save money on Media/Trade.

Use new technologies like the Internet of Things (IoT), automation, external data, etc., to come up with new ways to solve business problems.

Deliver today and create tomorrow that's what your work should look like.

Exhibit leadership and apply analytical techniques to ensure that actionable insights are delivered from data.

Job Qualifications

Have a master's degree in business administration from a top school.

Become better at analyzing data from many different sources.

Work experience or certification in Consumer Research tools (SPSS, JMP) and Data Visualization and Transformation packages (PowerBI, Tableau, KNIME, Alteryx) is a plus.
