Full job description

Project Manager – Delinea PAM Implementation

Location: Remote / Hybrid
Experience: 5+ Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of the Delinea Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform across a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing PAM implementations, integrating with IAM solutions such as SailPoint, and coordinating cross-functional teams across Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, and Audit functions.

This role requires ownership of project planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, vendor coordination, and successful delivery of Delinea PAM capabilities across on-premises and cloud environments.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Delivery

Define project scope, objectives, roadmap, milestones, and deliverables for Delinea PAM implementation.
Develop and manage project plans covering discovery, design, deployment, testing, cutover, and knowledge transfer activities.
Track project timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, and risks.
Ensure successful delivery within agreed schedules and quality standards.

Delinea PAM Implementation

Lead the deployment and rollout of Delinea PAM solutions, including:

Delinea Secret Server
Delinea Privilege Manager
Privileged Session Management
Password Rotation & Secrets Management

Manage PAM onboarding and access governance for:

Windows Servers
Unix/Linux Servers
Active Directory (AD)
LDAP Directories
Databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.)
Network Devices (Routers, Switches, Firewalls)
Mainframe Environments

Identity & Lifecycle Integration

Drive integration between Delinea and SailPoint for Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes.
Manage automated provisioning and de-provisioning of privileged accounts.
Lead PAM access recertification campaigns and periodic access reviews.
Ensure compliance with audit and governance requirements.

Cloud & DevSecOps Security

Oversee PAM integration and privileged access governance for:

AWS
Microsoft Azure
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
CI/CD Platforms (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps)
Snowflake
APIGEE
Microservices Environments
Service Accounts and Secrets Management

Risk & Compliance Management

Identify and mitigate project risks related to privileged access, credentials, integrations, and service availability.
Ensure compliance with internal security standards and regulatory requirements such as:
SOX
PCI-DSS
HIPAA
Internal Audit Controls
Maintain project governance and executive reporting.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

Serve as the primary point of contact between Security, IAM, Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, and Business teams.
Coordinate with Delinea Professional Services, SailPoint teams, and internal SMEs.
Manage technical dependencies, change requests, and issue resolution.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, and post-implementation support.

Required QualificationsExperience

5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
Experience leading at least 2 full lifecycle PAM implementations.
Strong experience with Delinea PAM implementations.
Proven experience integrating PAM platforms with SailPoint or similar IAM solutions.
Experience managing enterprise security and infrastructure projects.
