Key Responsibilities

HVAC Maintenance: Install, troubleshoot, and repair AC units, including checking refrigerant levels, cleaning filters, and detecting leaks.
Electrical Maintenance: Install and maintain wiring, panels, switches, circuit breakers, and lighting systems.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in AC systems and electrical equipment.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations (PPE usage) and technical manuals.
Preventive Action: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating motors and replacing parts, to prevent breakdowns.
Documentation: Maintain logs of maintenance activities and service reports.

Requirements

Education: ITI certification in Electrical, HVAC or equivalent technical trade.
Experience: Proven experience (often 2–3+ years) in both AC servicing and electrical maintenance.
Skills: Strong technical knowledge of electrical circuits and HVAC systems, ability to read blueprints/diagrams, and proficiency with testing devices.
Physical Fitness: Ability to perform manual tasks, lift equipment, and work in varied environments

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
