Position: Human Resource Executive
Location: Ridgetop Dental International, Bengaluru
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations across three luxury dental centers, ensuring
smooth coordination of HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, attendance,
payroll inputs, employee engagement, and compliance.
- Lead recruitment and talent acquisition for clinical (MDS doctors, dental assistants),
non-clinical (front office, coordinators), and support staff (housekeeping), including
sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, issuing offer letters, and ensuring timely
closures.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction to ensure new hires receive structured
orientation on clinic protocols, HR policies, and brand values, supporting a seamless
transition into their roles.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and shift schedules using HRMS (e.g., GreytHR), and
ensure records are updated accurately for payroll processing and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with accounts and finance teams to manage monthly payroll inputs,
handle reimbursements, and ensure salary disbursements are timely and error-free.
- Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws, including timely handling of ESI, PF,
maternity benefits, professional tax, and maintaining updated employee records for
inspections or audits.
- Implement performance management systems by coordinating quarterly/annual
reviews, maintaining KRA/KPI sheets, scheduling feedback meetings, and tracking
outcomes for appraisals.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives such as monthly recognition programs,
birthday celebrations, health talks, and festival events to build a motivated and
cohesive team culture.
- Address employee grievances and conflicts with empathy and confidentiality,
providing resolution support and ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace.
- Design and update HR policies and SOPs, ensuring they are communicated
effectively to employees and are in line with the organization’s evolving needs and
legal requirements.
- Generate HR reports and MIS dashboards related to headcount, attrition, leave
trends, and other key metrics for review by management.
- Support training and development initiatives by identifying gaps, recommending
learning programs, and liaising with external trainers or consultants for clinical and
non-clinical staff.
- Work closely with clinic managers and senior leadership to support workforce
planning, manpower budgeting, and org structure optimization in alignment with
business goals.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in the healthcare or
service industry preferred.
- Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently and manage HR functions single handedly.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with HRMS platforms (GreytHR preferred) and strong MS Office
skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Empathy & Integrity: Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and a people-first mindset.
- To maintain the clinics and help clinicians deliver services without any infrastructure issues.
- Vendor management to handle any equipment related AMC's or resolutions by one-time visits.
- Support the organization for all other administrative work as assigned by the management.
