Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to assist customers in selecting footwear products, drive sales, maintain store presentation, and ensure a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented attitude, and a passion for retail.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable footwear products.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell products such as accessories, socks, shoe care items, etc.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns as per company policy.

Store Operations

Ensure products are properly displayed and arranged.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the sales floor.
Replenish stock on shelves and display areas.
Support store opening and closing activities.

Billing & Cash Handling

Operate POS billing system accurately.
Handle cash, card, and digital payments responsibly.
Issue invoices, receipts, and process exchanges/returns.

Inventory Support

Assist in stock receiving, tagging, and inventory checks.
Monitor product availability and report low stock to management.
Help minimize stock damages and losses.

Customer Relationship

Build positive relationships with customers.
Encourage repeat business through excellent service.
Inform customers about ongoing offers and promotions.

Required Qualifications

Minimum HSC / 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).
1–3 years of retail sales experience preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Basic computer and billing knowledge
Positive attitude and teamwork
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in footwear, fashion, apparel, or lifestyle retail brands such as Bata, Metro Shoes, Puma, Adidas, or Skechers will be preferred.

Working Conditions

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Salary Range

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and location)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
