Job Title: Housekeeping Associate

Property: Hotel Shri Ji Palace
Location: Haridwar

Job Summary:

Hotel Shri Ji Palace is looking for a responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate who takes ownership of cleanliness and hygiene standards across the property. The candidate must ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, balconies, and corridors.
Ensure proper cleaning of common areas, including lobby, reception, staircases, and lift area (if applicable).
Maintain cleanliness of washrooms (guest and staff).
Ensure proper upkeep of the restaurant and dining area.
Change bed linens, towels, and toiletries as per hotel standards.
Dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing all assigned areas.
Report any maintenance issues or damages immediately to management.
Ensure proper handling and safe use of cleaning materials and equipment.
Maintain hygiene standards as per hotel policy.
Assist guests politely if required and coordinate with other departments when necessary.

Requirements:

Prior experience in housekeeping (preferred but not mandatory).
Responsible and disciplined attitude toward work.
Attention to detail and cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards.
Polite behavior and professional conduct.
