Job Title: Fitter (Field) – Fresher / 0+ Experience

Job Location: Bahadurgarh, Haryana- 124507

Department: Operations / Maintenance

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hardworking and motivated Field Fitter with 0+ experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment and machinery at various field locations. Freshers with basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in fitting, assembling, and installing mechanical parts and equipment at site
Support senior technicians in maintenance and repair work
Handle tools, machines, and equipment safely
Perform basic inspection and troubleshooting of machinery
Follow technical drawings and instructions
Ensure proper alignment and fitting of components
Maintain cleanliness and safety at the worksite
Report issues and progress to the supervisor on time

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and equipment
Willingness to work in field and on-site locations
Good physical fitness and teamwork skills
Basic understanding of safety procedures
Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions

Qualification:

ITI (Fitter) / Diploma in Mechanical / 10th + Technical Training (Preferred)
Freshers or candidates with 0+ experience can apply

Working Conditions:

Field-based job (site visits required)
Flexible working hours as per project needs
Ability to work in outdoor and industrial environments
