Role Overview:
As a Telesales Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them in choosing us in their final destination. With every call, you’ll be building meaningful relationships and contributing to a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers via phone to understand their needs and offer suitable insurance solutions.
Explain product details, answer inquiries, and address any concerns customers may have.
Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets with guidance and support from team leaders.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques to continuously improve performance.
Go the “extra mile” to meet month-by-month sales targets and facilitate future sales.
