Full job description

We're hiring a Creative Campaign Producer at AdvocatePro, Bangalore.You'll own the full creative and campaign function — from ideation, production, and scheduling to reporting. We want someone who has done the work, thrives under pressure, and knows what it takes to build a brand from near-zero.Content & Production

Script and produce reels, podcasts, YouTube videos, and short-form content end to end
Write carousel copy, captions, and platform-specific post formats across Instagram, LinkedIn, and X
Storyboard and art-direct shoots — coordinate with videographers, photographers, and editors
Brief designers on creatives and see them through to final output
Manage a content calendar across all channels and hit publish consistently

Campaigns

Develop campaign concepts for product launches, awareness pushes, and community activations
Plan go-to-market execution across digital, event, and community channels
Build and own the monthly and quarterly content calendar
Run A/B tests on messaging, formats, and hooks — and act on what the data says
Write briefs tight enough for an external agency or vendor to execute from

Influencer & Creator

Source, vet, and outreach to relevant creators and legal community voices
Negotiate and manage deliverables, timelines, and usage rights
Brief creators and review content before it goes live
Track performance and report on ROI

Social Media

Manage and grow AdvocatePro's social presence from the ground up
Write and schedule posts; monitor performance and adapt
Handle community management — replies, DMs, and engagement
Stay on top of trends and identify real-time opportunities to insert the brand

Email & Outreach

Write copy for cold outreach, nurture sequences, and announcements
Manage mailing lists and basic segmentation

Events & Community

Plan and execute brand presence at legal community events, bar association meetups, and industry gatherings
Coordinate event logistics — venue, vendors, collateral, on-ground setup
Build relationships with legal communities and professional networks in Bangalore and beyond

Production & Vendor Management

Manage relationships with freelancers, studios, and vendors
Track budgets and deliverables across productions
Keep shoots and productions on schedule and on budget

Reporting & Analytics

Pull weekly and monthly performance reports across all channels
Translate data into clear insights and present to the brand lead
Identify what's working and what needs to be killed or iterated

Processes & SOPs

Build campaign playbooks and execution SOPs from scratch
Document workflows so the team can scale without things breaking

What we're looking for:

2+ years in a creative agency. You've handled multiple clients and tight turnarounds simultaneously
Demonstrable end-to-end ownership: you've not just assisted on campaigns, you've run them
Strong copywriter — you can write a reel script, a LinkedIn post, and a campaign brief in the same afternoon
Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving priorities; you don't need everything figured out to start moving
Any graduate — communications, media, journalism, or related background preferred
Bonus: familiarity with the legal or professional services space
