Join our team and help shape the future of connectivity indoors and outdoors. Together, let’s push the boundaries of technology and advance sustainable networks worldwide.
How You'll Help Us Connect the World:
As an NPI Engineer specializing in microwave antennas, you will apply your expertise in RF/Wireless engineering to lead new product introductions from prototype through production, ensuring manufacturability, performance, and quality in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role will be based in Verna, Goa.
You Will Make an Impact By:
- Leading new product introduction (NPI) activities from prototype to pilot and high-volume manufacturing, ensuring process readiness and yield targets were met.
- Defining and optimizing manufacturing processes and assembly flow for complex RF/microwave antenna assemblies, including documentation of work instructions and control plans.
- Collaborating closely with design, test, and quality teams to integrate design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for testability (DFT) principles, reducing production defects.
- Evaluating prototype performance and providing manufacturability feedback to R&D, driving design changes to improve yield and reduce production cycle time.
- Managing material qualification and BOM review for new antenna products, ensuring supply chain readiness and cost-effective sourcing.
- Conducting root cause analysis for recurring production issues, implementing corrective actions that improved yields by X% and reduced rework impacts.
- Streamlining NPI documentation and change control processes, reducing review cycle time and improving cross-department alignment.
- Training manufacturing and test teams on new antenna product builds and best practices, accelerating ramp-to-volume timelines.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
- Bachelor's or Master's in related curriculum such as Electronics and Telecommunication / Mechanical Engineering with at least 7+ years of relevant experience in RF/microwave engineering, with strong emphasis on antenna design, simulation, and measurements.
- Hands on experience in simulation & development of Jigs & Fixtures.
- Experience in tools for mechanical interfacing (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
You Will Excite Us If You:
- Have in depth knowledge of Microwave and RF fundamentals.
- Understand antenna performance parameters (gain, return loss, radiation patterns).
- Have exposure to Assembly Line Setting, Powder Coating, RF Testing, Spinning.
- Have knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Have experience in simulation (preferably HFSS/CST) and knowledge on testing.
