Position Details:
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Nehru Place, New Delhi (On-site)
Experience: 4–5 Years in HR Operations & Recruitment

About the Role:

This is a hands-on, ownership-heavy role for someone who thrives when things are moving fast. You'll be the operational backbone of our HR function — keeping employee lifecycle processes tight, driving recruitment end-to-end, and being the person all stakeholders trust to get things done without being chased.

This role is for you if…

You're the kind of HR professional who finds satisfaction in a clean tracker, a seamless onboarding, and a hire closed on time. You're organised without being rigid, people-friendly without losing focus, and you take operational ownership personally.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
Handle onboarding, documentation, employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR coordination activities
Support end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and onboarding
Cross-functional HR coordination — you'll interface with teams across design, production, sales, and export to keep HR processes running smoothly throughout the business
Maintain HR trackers, employee databases, and process documentation accurately
Ensure timely closure of operational tasks and employee queries
Stakeholder coordination with hiring managers and leadership — you'll be their trusted execution partner, not someone they have to follow up with.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
4–5 years of relevant HR Operations and Recruitment experience
Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment
Proficient in MS Office; exposure to an HRMS is preferred.

Preferred Profile:

Highly dependable, process-oriented, and comfortable handling operational ownership independently
Prior experience in manufacturing, startup, or fast-paced environments will be an added advantage.
