Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of [[Management Trainee] [Analytics MDM (Product Master)] In this role in this role you will be working as an SME for the process. Have sound knowledge for Product Master. Responsibilities: - Follow defined standard operating processes and procedures for all deliverables (processes) - Take ownership of performance against all the assigned Master data processes and key categories - Accountable for the quality and accuracy - Having good knowledge on BOM Creation Material Code Finished Good Semi Finished Good Packaging Material - Propose opportunities for improvement Product Master data - Maintenance and completeness check for all Product Master Data in co-ordination with CD team Marketing Sales Customer Service Finance and Demand Planning. - Ensure that all the feedback and the learning from the home office client field etc. - is documented and applied to the master data procedures to improve accuracy - Plan & support Transitions and ensure First Time Right - Ensure that all the reports are maintained and cleared on time - Maintain Product master data in SAP as per business input and SOP - Highlight and take appropriate help from the lead on SOP deviations or issues - Raise incident tickets to the relevant helpdesks when there is an issue - Participate in idea generation and improvement activities - Good knowledge of governing policies around Product Master data as per the area of work - Update /maintain SOP - Take signoff on SOP from client as per agreed timelines - Support special projects as needed
