Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Faculty to deliver high-quality training in Digital Marketing concepts and tools. The faculty member will be responsible for teaching students, preparing course materials, conducting practical sessions, mentoring learners, and ensuring students are industry-ready through hands-on projects and certifications.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Training
- Deliver classroom and online training sessions in Digital Marketing.
- Teach both theoretical and practical aspects of digital marketing.
- Conduct hands-on training using industry-standard tools and platforms.
- Create lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and projects.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct Indoor & Outdoor Seminars & Webinar.
Curriculum Development
- Develop and update course content based on current industry trends.
- Design practical exercises, case studies, and real-world projects.
- Incorporate emerging technologies, AI tools, and marketing automation concepts into the curriculum.
Student Mentoring
- Guide students in career development and certification preparation.
- Assist students with capstone projects and internships.
- Provide support for portfolio creation and interview preparation.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and progress reports.
- Prepare training schedules and academic documentation.
- Coordinate with management and placement teams for student success.
Industry Engagement
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and algorithms.
- Conduct workshops, webinars, and guest sessions.
- Build industry connections to enhance training quality and placement opportunities.

- Experience with WordPress and basic website management.
- Knowledge of Canva, AI marketing tools, and marketing automation platforms.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Digital Marketing Certifications preferred (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.).
Experience
- 1–3 years of Digital Marketing industry experience and/or teaching experience.
- Experience in training, mentoring, or conducting workshops is an added advantage.
