Description

成膜・めっきプロセス設備エンジニア

Responsibilities

SAW/BAWデバイスの成膜/めっきプロセスにおけるプロセス条件の確立、装置改善によるプロセスの安定化、および品質の確保

プロセスおよび装置の両面からのアプローチによる装置間差異の改善・安定化

FDCや装置ログなどのデータを用いたプロセス・装置状態のモニタリング手法の構築

測定方法の確立を含む最適なプロセスフローの確立

成膜/めっきプロセスおよび装置に関するコスト削減の推進

Required Experience and Skills

BAW/SAWフィルターおよび半導体デバイスにおけるプロセス技術・装置技術のご経験（特に成膜/めっきプロセス）

※目安：5年以上の実務経験

課題に対して恐れずに挑戦し、積極的かつ前向きに取り組む姿勢

論理的思考を通じて課題解決に取り組む能力

組織全体の最適化を考え、実行に移すことができる能力

Desired Experience and Skills

成膜/めっき以外のプロセスにおけるFDC・装置ログデータを用いた装置モニタリングのご経験、またはAPC手法・システムの構築経験

業務上のコミュニケーションが可能な日常会話レベル以上の英語力

大阪メトロ四つ橋線「北加賀屋」駅からバスで10分
「平林北一丁目」バス停下車

勤務時間

8:30–17:15 （所定労働時間：7時間45分 / 休憩時間：60分）
フレックスタイム制度あり

休日・休暇

年間休日：127日（2024年4月～2025年3月）
完全週休二日制（土・日・祝）
長期連休あり*（年末年始・ゴールデンウイーク） *ただし交替制勤務者は除く
年次有給休暇**（初年度は、入社月により3日から22日、2年目以降は25日） **5日間の計画的付与により、夏季長期連休を推奨
