Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Technical Project Manager to lead and manage IT infrastructure, CCTV surveillance, biometric verification, and government/enterprise technology projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, client coordination, team handling, vendor management, technical execution, and timely project delivery.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical understanding along with excellent leadership and coordination skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution

Manage end-to-end execution of technical projects from planning to closure.
Prepare project timelines, resource allocation, and implementation plans.
Ensure projects are completed within deadlines and budgets.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management.

Technical Operations

Oversee installation and deployment of:
CCTV Surveillance Systems
Biometric Verification Systems
Networking & IT Infrastructure
Server and Storage Systems
Coordinate technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Team & Vendor Management

Lead technical teams, field engineers, and coordinators.
Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and service partners.
Ensure proper manpower deployment and task allocation.

Client Coordination

Act as a primary point of contact for clients and government departments.
Attend meetings, site visits, and technical discussions.
Ensure client satisfaction and smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain project documentation, reports, MOMs, and compliance records.
Prepare technical reports, project closure documents, and presentations.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs and project standards.

Risk & Quality Management

Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
Ensure quality standards and operational efficiency.
Monitor system performance and service delivery.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure & Networking
Experience in CCTV & Biometric Projects
Project Management & Team Handling
Vendor Coordination & Client Management
Excellent Communication & Reporting Skills
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Ability
Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project Reporting Tools

Preferred Candidate Profile

Strong leadership and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Willingness to travel for project execution and site management
Ability to work under pressure and strict timelines

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
