Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Engineer to oversee and manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for residential and commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, quality control, and timely completion of all MEP activities at project sites.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and execute all MEP works at project sites.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
Review MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
Ensure installation works are carried out as per approved drawings and standards.
Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance.
Prepare project reports, work schedules, and material requirements.
Conduct inspections and testing of electrical, HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and utility systems.
Verify contractor bills and quantities related to MEP works.
Coordinate with government authorities and consultants for approvals and inspections.
Ensure timely completion of MEP activities within project budget and timelines.
Support project handover, snag rectification, and maintenance coordination.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
3–8 years of experience in MEP execution for real estate or construction projects.
Knowledge of HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, electrical systems, and building services.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and project management tools.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Understanding of safety standards and construction practices.

Preferred Skills

Strong problem-solving and site management abilities.
Experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects.
Ability to manage multiple contractors and deadlines.
Knowledge of local authority approval processes.

Salary

As per industry standards and experience.

Project Manager / Head – Projects

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
