Location: Ahmedabad (Chandkheda / Motera area)

Employment Type: Full-time

We are an upcoming Montessori preschool in Ahmedabad seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and growth-oriented individual to join our founding team.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and dependable professional to serve as the operational and academic anchor of our upcoming preschool. In this role, you will lead classroom practices while overseeing key school operations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality early learning experience for children and parents alike.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead classroom setup and learning environment design in line with early childhood best practices

· Implement and supervise daily curriculum delivery

· Manage parent interactions and communication, building strong, trust-based relationships

· Oversee the admissions process, including parent inquiries and onboarding

· Ensure smooth day-to-day school operations and coordination

We are looking for

3–5 years of experience in early childhood education (Playgroup, Nursery, Kindergarten or early primary)
Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in managing classroom or school operations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
A warm, approachable personality that builds immediate trust and rapport with parents and children

· Candidates residing in or near Chandkheda, Motera, or nearby areas or willingness to relocate may be preferred.

· Encouraging for returning professionals (e.g., career break, homemakers) with relevant qualifications and prior teaching experience.

Qualifications

· B.Ed., ECE (Early Childhood Education), Montessori exposure or equivalent teaching qualification

· Language Requirements: Fluency in English (mandatory) and proficiency in Gujarati (preferred)

· Basic administrative and digital skills
