About the Role
Vestor College of Management is seeking a creative, strategic, and performance-oriented Digital Marketing & Corporate Relations Manager to elevate our brand, boost student engagement, generate quality leads, and build corporate networks for placement partnerships. This is a dynamic role combining digital content creation, lead counseling, placement promotion, SEO & organic growth, corporate outreach, and classroom training.

Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing & Brand Management
* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase college visibility and engagement.
* Build a strong and consistent brand image across all online and offline touchpoints.
* Manage the college’s presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
* Plan and run paid and organic campaigns tailored to student acquisition and brand recall.
* Track marketing KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and present actionable insights.
2. Content Creation & Event Coverage
* Design creatives (posters, reels, videos, banners) for events, campaigns, and announcements using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.
* Shoot and edit promotional videos, faculty interviews, student testimonials, and college highlights.
* Capture high-quality photographs during events and live-stream major happenings across platforms.
3. SEO & Organic Growth
* Optimize website and content for search engines (on-page/off-page SEO).
* Develop keyword strategies to improve organic traffic and rankings on Google and YouTube.
* Create blog content, press releases, and articles to improve thought leadership and online visibility.
* Monitor website analytics and make SEO improvements based on user behavior and search trends.
4. Lead Management & Counseling
* Handle incoming leads via digital campaigns, WhatsApp, email, and phone.
* Counsel prospective students and parents on academic programs, admission process, scholarships, and placements.
* Ensure follow-ups and data tracking using CRM or internal systems for higher conversion.
5. Placement Promotion & Corporate Tie-Ups
* Collaborate with the placement team to promote student placements, internships, and industry interactions.
* Build relationships with companies for internships, placements, and academic collaboration.
* Organize and promote corporate talks, recruitment drives, and career workshops.
* Maintain a growing database of recruiters and HR contacts across sectors.
6. Lectures & Training
* Conduct regular classroom sessions, workshops, and practical training in digital marketing for BBA/BCA/M.BA students.
* Cover topics like social media marketing, SEO, content creation, and campaign planning.
* Mentor students through hands-on projects, assignments, and performance tracking.
* Stay updated with trends and ensure students are equipped with industry-relevant skills.
7. Internal Coordination & Reporting
* Coordinate with academic, admission, and event teams for marketing alignment.
* Prepare weekly/monthly reports on lead generation, conversions, campaign ROI, and digital performance.
* Support brand audits and marketing effectiveness reviews.

Key Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or related field.
* 5 years of experience in digital marketing and/or corporate relations (education sector preferred).
* Strong grasp of SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and social media tools.
* Proficiency in content creation software (Canva, Adobe Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
* Ability to shoot and edit videos, photos, and manage live social media coverage.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Experience with CRM tools, WhatsApp marketing, or lead management systems is an advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
