Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated PGT Physics Teacher to join our academic team at Parmanu Defence Dehradun. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a student-centric teaching approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging Physics lessons for Classes XI and XII as per the CBSE curriculum
- Prepare and execute lesson plans effectively to cater to varying learning levels
- Develop a learning environment that encourages inquiry and scientific thinking
- Conduct experiments and practical sessions in the Physics lab
- Monitor and assess students’ progress through tests, assignments, and projects
- Prepare students for board exams and competitive exams (like NDA)
- Coordinate with fellow educators and participate in school events and workshops
- Maintain discipline and decorum in the classroom
- Use technology and digital tools to enhance the teaching-learning process
Skills Required:
- Deep understanding of Physics concepts and curriculum
- Proficiency in using smart classroom tools and learning platforms
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
- Ability to plan and organize extracurricular activities related to science
