Role Overview
This is primarily a backend operations and administration role involving:
RK Tours Operations
- Enter and manage cab bookings through company software
- Handle booking enquiries over phone professionally
- Allocate and coordinate drivers for bookings
- Maintain billing entries (GST / Non-GST)
- Update trip records accurately in the system
- Maintain daily booking and billing documentation
- Ensure proper data entry and record maintenance
- Coordinate basic operational updates related to bookings and trips
RK Motor Training School Support (When Required)
- Handling walk-in enquiries
- Online RTO form filling and documentation
- Administrative computer work
- Record maintenance
Both businesses operate from the same office and provide exposure to different operational workflows.
