Pay Scale for Full-Time
₹ 24,000 - ₹ 40,000 p.m. take-home includes variable pay.
- Month 1: ₹ 15,000 stipend
- Month 2: ₹ 20,000 stipend

Role Summary for Speech Therapist
The Speech Therapist will provide speech, language, communication, and feeding interventions for children with autism, developmental delays, speech-language disorders, and learning difficulties, as part of a multidisciplinary child development team.
Key Responsibilities for a Speech Therapist
- Conduct speech & language therapy sessions for children
- Work on expressive/receptive language, articulation, and social communication
- Support feeding, oral-motor, and early communication goals
- Collaborate with primary child therapists for integrated intervention
- Maintain session documentation and progress reports
- Guide parents on home programs and communication strategies
