What You Will Own
Project Delivery and Execution
- Own the delivery of workflows across planning, estimating, coordination, project management, prefabrication, or construction engineering.
- Build project execution plans and manage schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Spot risks early and resolve issues before they escalate.
- Uphold quality while driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
Client and Stakeholder Partnership
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Clarify expectations, remove ambiguity, and ensure deliverables align with project goals.
- Build long-term trust through technical excellence and proactive communication.
People and Team Leadership
- Coach team members on workflows, technical problem-solving, and client communication.

What You Should Bring
- A degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- 6 to 12 years of experience in planning, estimating, project execution, BIM coordination, prefabrication, or similar areas.
- Strong capability in managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of VDC and BIM platforms or project management tools.
- Broad understanding of construction systems across civil, structural, architectural, landscape, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
- Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
