About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and people-centric HR Executive who will manage end-to-end HR functions for our food business. This role involves hiring for multiple levels – from housekeeping & kitchen staff to store managers and support office roles. The ideal candidate should understand the operational culture of F&B/QSR setups and be strong in recruitment, attendance & payroll management, grievance handling, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
* Source, screen, and hire candidates across roles: housekeeping, kitchen staff, service crew, cashiers, delivery executives, chefs, supervisors, and managers.
* Coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries, issue offer letters, and complete joining formalities.
* Develop and maintain a reliable hiring pipeline to support outlet staffing needs.
* Collaborate with outlet managers to understand manpower requirements.
2. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance
* Maintain attendance records, leaves, overtime, and shift schedules across all locations.
* Process monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment Act, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.).
* Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
3. Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture
* Conduct onboarding orientation, training coordination, and cultural integration.
* Plan and execute team engagement activities, festival and birthday celebrations, and morale-building events.
* Address employee queries and grievances professionally, promoting a positive work environment.
* Support performance reviews and career development discussions.
4. Policies & HR Operations
* Implement and update HR policies, SOPs, and discipline guidelines.
* Ensure hygiene, grooming, and conduct policies are followed across outlets.
* Coordinate exit process and maintain attrition data for improvement actions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Graduate in HR / Business Administration or related field.
* 2–4 years of HR experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, or service sector.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Hands-on experience with payroll software or HRMS tools.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location operational environment.
