Business Development Representative

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 3+ Years

NUMBER OF POSITIONS: 01

DEPARTMENT: Marketing (Inside Sales)

REPORTS TO: Head of Inside Sales

LOCATION: Gurugram, India

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are rapidly scaling our U.S. outbound sales team in Gurugram and looking for hungry, high-energy BDRs who live for the hunt. You’ll own full-cycle lead generation: researching target accounts, running multi-channel outreach (cold calls + personalized emails + LinkedIn), having consultative discovery conversations with CXOs/VPs/Directors, and booking qualified meetings for our U.S. Account Executives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

—

50–70 daily activities (calls + emails + LinkedIn touches) using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot.

—

Book 10–12 qualified discovery meetings per month with decision-makers (VP & above).

—

Research target accounts in financial services, insurance, technology, logistics, and professional services.

—

Run smart discovery calls: uncover pain points and position our AI and automation, back-office, and custom development solutions.

—

Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline and hit weekly/monthly KPIs (dials, connects, meetings booked).

—

Seamless hand-off of qualified opportunities to U.S. Account Executives and provide support as needed (intro emails, context notes, follow-up calls, or joining early meetings when required).

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

—

2–4 years of B2B inside sales / SDR / BDR experience (IT services, professional services, staffing, or consulting ideal)

—

Proven track record of booking meetings with senior decision-makers (VP, Director, CXO)

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance Instructions, and procedure manuals, ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole Numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and Percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in Situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of Instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline – we hire engineers, commerce, arts, and science grads. We care about your sales performance, not only your college stream.
