Full job description

Key Responsibilities Room Cleaning & Maintenance
Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily as per SOPs

Guest Service

Ensure guest requests are attended promptly and politely
Maintain privacy and security of guest belongings
Report lost & found items as per hotel policy

Inspection & Reporting

Report maintenance issues (AC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) immediately
Inform supervisor about room status (vacant, occupied, DND, etc.)
Ensure rooms meet cleanliness and presentation standards

Linen & Inventory Handling

Handle linens carefully and send used linen to laundry
Maintain housekeeping trolley and ensure adequate stock
Avoid wastage of supplies and cleaning materials

Safety & Hygiene

Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Use cleaning chemicals properly and safely
Maintain personal grooming and hygiene standards
Make beds, change linens, and replace towels
Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and clean surfaces
Clean bathrooms, fittings, mirrors, and fixtures thoroughly
Replenish guest supplies (toiletries, water, tea/coffee kits)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
