Salesforce Developer

Experience Level:

4–6 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 4–6 years of experience to join the Shiftlogic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), and a solid understanding of revenue recognition and consumption-based business models. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that support critical business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Support and enhance systems related to revenue recognition and consumption-based billing models.
Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
Optimize system performance and scalability.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Revenue Cloud.
Solid understanding of revenue recognition principles and consumption-based models.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) or billing systems.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Exposure to ARMOR or similar internal platforms/systems is a plus.
