Job Description:

As an E-commerce Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online sales and enhancing the overall digital presence of our brand. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of our e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and meet revenue targets.
Manage the company's e-commerce website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
Coordinate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversion.
Oversee inventory management, including product listings, stock levels, and order fulfillment.
Analyze sales data and customer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, logistics, and customer service, to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing.
