Key Account Manager - Modern Trade

Job Brief

We are looking for a Key Account Manager For Modern Trade who will oversee the relationship of our company with the major clients. He/She will be responsible for maintaining long term customers by comprehending their requirements and full filling them.

Job Description:

Developing a trust worthy relationship with Modern Trade Accounts .
Developing a complete understanding of major account needs.
Acquiring thorough knowledge of market needs and requirements.
Ensuring correct products and services are delivered to the retail stores in the given time frame.
Play an integral part in creating relationship and generating new sales and make them turn into long lasting relationship.
Resolve the issues raised by the retail stores and deal with complaints in order to maintain trust.
Will be responsible to create and lead your own team.
Creating long term strategies with the retail stores
Closely operating with other departments involved with the accounts.

Job Requirements:

Experience in establishing modern trade sales channel for reputed brands.
Masters in Sales and Marketing
Should be a Team Player and capable to build a team.
Strong communication skills as well as interpersonal skills who can build strong relationships with the professionals of other organisations.
Strong ability in problem solving and negotiations.
