We're Hiring: Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role

Avanexa Technologies is looking for a creative, analytical, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, email marketing, influencer marketing, WhatsApp marketing, content marketing, and marketing automation.

This role requires someone who can enhance brand visibility, generate quality leads, improve engagement, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and internal linking.
Monitor organic traffic and keyword rankings.
Build quality backlinks and manage local SEO strategies.
Work with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, and Screaming Frog.

Social Media Marketing (SMM)

Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Pinterest.
Create content calendars and campaign strategies.
Plan and coordinate reels, stories, carousel posts, and promotional campaigns.
Increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
Monitor trends, audience behavior, and platform updates.

Paid Advertising / Performance Marketing

Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Generate leads and improve ROI through campaign optimization.
Monitor key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPM, CPL, and conversions.
Implement retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
Prepare campaign performance reports.

Email Marketing

Create and execute email marketing campaigns.
Design newsletters, promotional emails, and automation workflows.
Segment audiences and improve open and click-through rates.

WhatsApp Marketing

Manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
Create broadcast campaigns and automated messaging workflows.
Utilize WhatsApp Business tools for lead nurturing and communication.

Influencer Marketing

Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators.
Coordinate campaign activities and deliverables.
Track influencer performance and audience engagement.
Build strategic partnerships and outreach campaigns.

Content Marketing

Coordinate blogs, landing pages, website content, and advertising copy.
Create SEO-friendly content and campaign messaging.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
Develop creative ideas for engaging marketing campaigns.

Marketing Automation & CRM

Manage CRM systems and lead management processes.
Set up marketing automation workflows and follow-up sequences.
Track customer journeys and conversion funnels.

Analytics & Reporting

Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
Analyze marketing data and recommend improvements.
Monitor website traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
Implement data-driven optimization strategies.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of SEO concepts and tools.
Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Knowledge of email marketing platforms and automation tools.
Understanding of influencer marketing strategies.
Experience with WhatsApp Business tools.
Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
