Job Title: Senior HR Executive (Plant HR)

Location: Irugur Coimbatore

Experience: Minimum 3 Years (Manufacturing Sector Mandatory)

Language Proficiency: Fluent in Hindi (Spoken)

Role Summary

We are seeking a resilient and proactive HR professional to manage end-to-end plant-level HR activities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing a large workforce, including blue-collar (on-roll) employees and contract laborers, ensuring smooth operations and full legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Workforce & Contract Labor Management: * Oversee daily attendance, shift scheduling, and deployment of blue-collar workers.
Manage relationships with labor contractors and ensure timely wage payments and compliance.
Onboarding & Lifecycle: * Conduct end-to-end onboarding for new joiners, ensuring proper documentation and induction into safety and plant protocols.

Handling Inspectors: Represent the company during visits from Government Labor Inspectors and Factory Inspectors.

Grievance Redressal: * Act as the primary point of contact for worker issues; resolve disputes quickly to maintain industrial harmony.
Administrative Oversight: * Manage plant-level administration, including stationary management, canteen, and uniform distribution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: At least 3 years in a Manufacturing/Industrial setup.
Communication: Must be highly proficient in Hindi to communicate effectively with the labor force.
Conflict Management: Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and labour unrest.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with local labor laws and the ability to maintain compliance registers.
