Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical, execution-oriented Business Analyst to support strategic initiatives, investment evaluation, operational coordination, and performance insights across the organisation. This role works closely with the founders and cross-functional stakeholders to convert strategic priorities into structured analysis, coordinated execution, and measurable outcomes.
Beyond core analytical responsibilities, this role plays a critical part in driving organisational effectiveness, supporting investor-facing processes, coordinating priorities across business verticals, and ensuring that strategic initiatives progress smoothly. The Business Analyst will act as a central point of alignment between strategy, investments, operations, and leadership decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy, Market & Business Analysis
- Conduct in-depth market, industry, and competitor research to support investment and advisory decisions.
- Analyse market trends, growth opportunities, and risk factors across startups and SMEs operating in India and international markets.
- Prepare market assessment reports, opportunity mapping, and strategic insight documents.
- Support founders with structured analysis for new initiatives, partnerships, and expansion opportunities.
Investment & Investor Support
- Assist in evaluating potential investment opportunities by analysing business models, financial performance, and scalability.
- Support financial modelling, valuation analysis, and scenario planning.
- Assist with due diligence coordination, investment documentation, and preparation of investment summaries.
- Support investor communications through preparation of pitch decks, briefing notes, updates, and performance reports.
- Maintain structured trackers for investor interactions, deal flow, and portfolio performance.
Business Performance & Reporting
- Track business KPIs, strategic goals, and operational milestones across business verticals.
- Prepare dashboards, management reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor portfolio and internal performance metrics and recommend optimisation opportunities.
- Ensure accurate, timely reporting aligned with leadership priorities.
- Coordinate with international HealthTech companies entering India
- Manage communications between Indian partners and international stakeholders
- Track partnership agreements, timelines, and deliverables
- Organize product demonstrations and pilot programs
Founder & Leadership Enablement
- Work closely with the founders to structure priorities, track action items, and support decision-making through data and insights.
- Arrange domestic and international travel for founders (flights, hotels, visas, ground transportation)
- Organize angel network events, pitch sessions, and investor meetups
- Coordinate virtual and in-person events (venue, catering, AV, invitations)
- Manage RSVPs and attendee communications
- Prepare event materials and post-event follow-up
- Coordinate leadership schedules, strategic meetings, and critical follow-ups to ensure effective use of leadership time.
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and summaries for key meetings, investor discussions, and strategic reviews.
- Act as a trusted point of coordination across leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Cross-Functional & Operational Coordination
- Coordinate initiatives across multiple business verticals, ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and ownership.
- Track key projects, dependencies, and deadlines, providing regular status updates.
- Support internal communication flow between founders, teams, and external partners.
- Assist in standardising processes, templates, and reporting structures across the organisation.
Process Improvement & Documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, analytical frameworks, and operational processes.
- Maintain structured documentation, trackers, and repositories for contracts, reports, and strategic materials.
- Support preparation of board materials, meeting notes, and strategic documentation.
- Assist with creating SOPs and ensuring consistency in execution.
Regulatory & Compliance Support:
- Track regulatory submissions and approvals (CDSCO, etc.)
- Maintain documentation for product registrations and certifications
- Coordinate with legal and regulatory consultants
- Manage compliance calendars and deadline tracking
- Support organization of product launches and market entry events
- Coordinate with distributors, hospitals, and healthcare partners
- Maintain database of healthcare contacts and relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, investment support, consulting, or startup operations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial analysis, market research, and data interpretation.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace; familiarity with dashboards and CRM tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
