Full job description

Profile: Accounts Manager-Solar-Surat-5.4 LPA

Experience:

6-10 years

manufacturing and/or trading companies

GST, TDS, audits, and statutory compliance.

Salary Range: 40k to 45k

Roles:

. Accounting & Financial Closing

monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books of accounts

ledger scrutiny

inter-company accounting and reconciliations

2. Financial Reporting & MIS

Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements

management reports

Present financial results and insights to senior management on a monthly basis.

3. Statutory & Tax Compliance

Ensure full compliance with applicable Indian laws and regulations, including: GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliations) TDS (calculation, payment, returns) Income Tax provisions Professional Tax, and other payroll compliances Ensure timely payment of all statutory dues and filing of returns. Stay updated with changes in tax laws and accounting standards and implement them proactively.

4. Reconciliations & Controls

Review and approve: Bank Reconciliation Statements Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable ageing Vendor and customer reconciliations Strengthen and monitor internal financial controls to safeguard company assets. Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies and unusual variances.

5. Audit & Regulatory Coordination

primary point of contact for internal and statutory auditors

annual financial statements and notes to accounts

6. Team Leadership & Process Improvement

process improvements and automation

7. Budgeting & Forecasting Support

Assist management in annual budgeting and financial forecasting. Provide historical data, trend analysis, and variance explanations. Support strategic planning through financial insights. Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
