Job Title: HR Executive - Pharmaceutical Industry

Job Summary:

The HR Executive will manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR administration. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the HR operations align with the pharmaceutical industry's regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the pharmaceutical sector.

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.

- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.

- Foster a positive work environment and resolve workplace conflicts in accordance with company policies.

- Implement employee engagement initiatives and support organizational culture.

- Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as pharmaceutical industry standards.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.

- Oversee performance review processes and assist in setting performance goals.

- Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and employee development.

- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.

- Support career development initiatives and succession planning.

- Manage employee records and HR documentation.

- Oversee benefits administration, payroll processing, and leave management.

- Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics.

- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires.

- Manage offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and employee separation documentation.

- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations specific to the pharmaceutical industry.

- Promote and maintain a safe and healthy workplace.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Experience:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.

- Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations and industry standards is highly desirable.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, SOP and best practices.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience with industry-specific regulations such as FDA compliance or GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).

- Background in managing HR functions for research and development (R&D) or clinical trials.
