Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, trend-aware, and fashion-focused Content Creator & Social Media Manager who can build strong digital storytelling for the brand. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, increasing brand visibility, and helping drive sales through creative communication.

The ideal candidate should understand fashion aesthetics, Instagram trends, reel creation, audience engagement, and premium brand presentation.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation

Create high-quality reels, stories, photos, and lifestyle content for Instagram and other platforms.
Develop creative concepts for product shoots and fashion storytelling.
Capture behind-the-scenes, founder stories, customer experiences, and styling videos.
Create engaging hooks, captions, and trend-based content.

Social Media Management

Handle Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other social media accounts.
Plan and schedule daily posts and stories.
Maintain brand consistency in visuals and communication.
Monitor comments, DMs, and customer engagement.

Reel & Video Editing

Shoot and edit reels using mobile or camera equipment.
Add music, transitions, subtitles, and trending formats.
Create performance-oriented content for engagement and sales.

Campaign Planning

Assist in festive launches, collection drops, and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with the founder and marketing team for campaign execution.
Support Meta ad creatives and promotional communication.

Influencer & Collaboration Coordination

Connect with influencers and content collaborators.
Manage collaboration timelines and content delivery.
Track influencer performance and engagement.

Performance Tracking

Analyze reel reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance.
Share weekly reports and suggestions for improvement.
Research market trends and competitor activities regularly.

Skills Required

Strong understanding of Instagram trends and social media platforms.
Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, VN, InShot, or Adobe editing tools.
Good photography and videography sense.
Creative storytelling ability.
Strong communication and caption-writing skills.
Understanding of fashion and lifestyle aesthetics.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in fashion, D2C, or lifestyle brands preferred.
Basic understanding of Meta Ads and digital marketing is a plus.
Passion for handloom, ethnic wear, and fashion content creation.

Work Expectations

Maintain regular and timely posting schedule.
Content calendar should be planned in advance.
Be available during shoots, launches, and campaign activities.
Deliver content with creativity, professionalism, and consistency.

Performance Evaluation

Performance will be evaluated based on:

Reel reach and engagement
Content quality
Follower growth
Brand presentation
Sales contribution through content
Consistency and execution discipline

Company Policy

All content, creatives, account access, and digital assets created during employment will remain company property.
Sharing confidential information or unauthorized content is strictly prohibited.
Professional conduct and timely communication are mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
