Job Description: Algo Developer

Department: Technology / Trading / Quantitative Research

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and automate trading strategies for Indian (NSE/BSE) and US markets.
Build, backtest, and optimize algorithmic trading models using Python.
Integrate broker APIs and market data feeds for live trade execution.
Work on Equity, Futures & Options, and other financial instruments.
Develop risk management logic including stop-loss, position sizing, and trade controls.
Analyse historical and real-time market data to improve strategy performance.
Monitor live algorithms and troubleshoot execution-related issues.
Collaborate with traders/research teams to convert trading ideas into scalable systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience in Python programming.
Hands-on experience in algorithmic trading systems and automation.
Knowledge of Pandas, NumPy, data analysis, and backtesting frameworks.
Experience with broker APIs such as Zerodha Kite, Interactive Brokers, Upstox, Angel One, etc.
Understanding of Indian markets (NSE/BSE, F&O); exposure to US markets (NYSE/NASDAQ) preferred.
Knowledge of technical indicators, trading strategies, and risk management.

Candidate Profile:

BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/Quant Finance or relevant qualification.
2+ years of experience in Algo Trading Development, Quant Development, or Trading Technology.
Strong analytical ability with understanding of financial markets.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
