Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee/Assistant Manager Payroll Operations This role is essential in optimizing payroll operations by leveraging payroll data information and administering payroll to enhance workforce experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration operational support and fostering collaboration across HR and business functions. Responsibilities: - Team Leadership: - Lead a team of payroll analysts ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing. - Monitor team performance and provide coaching to enhance efficiency. - Payroll Operations: - Oversee payroll activities ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. - Address and resolve complex payroll issues or escalations. - Reporting and Analytics: - Generate payroll reports for management review and decision-making. - Analyse trends and provide insights to improve payroll operations. - Compliance and Process Improvement: - Ensure compliance with US statutory requirements and company policies. - Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
