About the Role
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and AI-first UI/UX Designer / Frontend Developer who can design and build modern, clean, and user-friendly digital products.
This role is ideal for someone who understands design, frontend development, user experience, and the power of AI tools. You should be comfortable using tools like Figma, Framer, Webflow, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, v0, or similar AI coding/design tools to move faster and create better products.
You will work closely with the leadership and product team to design and build internal tools, dashboards, websites, HRMS systems, automation platforms, and client-facing products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design modern, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces for web apps, dashboards, websites, and internal tools.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma or similar tools.
- Convert designs into frontend interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, or similar frameworks.
- Use AI tools to speed up design, coding, prototyping, testing, and documentation.
- Build clean, reusable, and scalable UI components.
- Improve user experience by simplifying workflows, navigation, forms, dashboards, and interactions.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and development teams to understand requirements and convert them into usable interfaces.
- Test UI across devices and browsers to ensure responsiveness and consistency.
- Create design systems, component libraries, icons, buttons, forms, tables, modals, and dashboard layouts.
- Continuously explore new AI tools and frontend technologies to improve productivity and output quality.
Required Skills
- Strong sense of visual design, layout, spacing, typography, colors, and usability.
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design.
- Hands-on experience with Figma or similar design tools.
- Basic to strong frontend development skills using:
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- React / Next.js
- Tailwind CSS / Bootstrap / Material UI
- Ability to use AI tools for coding, design, content, prototyping, and problem solving.
- Understanding of modern web app layouts such as dashboards, admin panels, forms, tables, landing pages, and SaaS interfaces.
- Ability to convert rough ideas into polished screens and working interfaces.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn quickly.

- You should be able to use AI tools to:
- Generate UI ideas and layouts
- Create frontend components faster
- Debug code
- Improve UX copy
- Create prototypes
- Research best design patterns
- Build MVPs quickly
- Automate repetitive design and development tasks
- Document features and user flows
- You do not need to know everything, but you must be curious, fast-learning, and comfortable experimenting with AI-powered workflows.

- Shadcn UI, Radix UI, Material UI, Ant Design

- Basic backend or API understanding

- Motion design or micro-interactions
- Canva / Adobe XD / Photoshop / Illustrator
- Ideal Candidate
- The ideal candidate is someone who can think like a designer, build like a frontend developer, and work like an AI-powered creator.
- You should be able to take a simple requirement like “create an employee dashboard” and turn it into a beautiful, functional, and easy-to-use screen with the help of design tools, code, and AI.

Qualifications
