What would you do? The Global Process and Change Management Specialist (GPL & CM) for MDM Finance & HR uses his/her process and change management expertise to design an optimal Operating model and to help drive the transformation initiatives to improve processes within remit and contribute to client strategic agenda. The incumbent represents the MDM Finance/HR discipline on behalf of the relevant Global Process Owner (GPO) and Global Process & Change Management Lead (GPL) as an acknowledged specialist in the field, providing business process and MDM leadership combined with the influencing skills necessary to drive continuous improvement and process adherence. He/She will be in touch with the outside world, getting relevant external benchmark for MDM processes and respective SLA´s & KPIs aiming to maintain or achieve best in class, always looking for areas to improve and ensure End He/She will be in touch with the outside world, getting relevant external benchmark for MDM processes and respective SLA´s & KPIs aiming to maintain or achieve best in class, always looking for areas to improve and ensure End to End integration as well as cross functional engagement whenever needed. Additionally, this role is combined with the Change Management process within MDM, in charge of the quality assurance of incoming projects and transition into BAU; designing test cases for UAT, regressions tests, technical tests to ensure they are performed as expected to avoid impacts to our tools and processes, identifying issues and risks to project´s team and ensuring proper resolutions are applied. New process changes are also identified and GOM, TLD´s updated accordingly with new process changes due to project changes. Architect master data solutions across platforms to consolidate content, synchronize data, provide centralized maintenance of unified data, enable rich product content management and print publishing as well as to synchronize global data ensuring consistency and control of master data elements.
What are we looking for? EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE Proven expertise in MDM Finance (a must have) and HR (preferably but not limited), in a multinational environment with at least 3-5 years’ experience in MDM role with a leading FMCG/CPG or hands-on consultancy specialising in MDM Finance processes Functional expertise around General Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Reporting Hands on experience in R2R (a must have), OTC, (nice to have) S2S (nice to have), Processes and Transformational programmes in a global organisation Strong Business Acumen and relevant working experience in multinational matrix organizations Experience in projects within GMDM Represents GMDM in relevant technology/processes governance forums/bodies Experience working with technical teams, quality assurance processes and IDT methodology for: UAT, Regression tests, technical tests, technical go lives, Go lives Experience creating and executing test cases, to ensure test is covering all possible scenarios. Detect issues, open risks, and mitigations. Contribute to the GMDM enterprise data strategy and ensures that the data component is properly reflected in Project and Programme methodologies •EDUCATION Education: First degree (Systems, Finance/Business) nteracts and provides valuable points of view with peers and stakeholders, drives productive decision-making conversations Communicates effectively via all channels. Roles and Responsibilities: •Business and Operational Provide expertise of MDM Finance / HR processes and activities for optimal efficiency Collaborate effectively with peer GPL´s (global process leads), GPE´s (Global process experts) for E2E´s areas (O2C, S2S, R2R, Treasury, HR) Work directly with the DBS Functional teams, Central and Regional teams, End Markets etc. to ensure key aspects of process and solution integration are achieved Ensure the relevant set of SLA´s and KPIs for related processes are in place Execute business plans to agreed strategy Transformation Identifies and actively pursues continuous improvement opportunities to increase the overall efficiency and effectiveness of end-to-end processes within client related to MDM Finance / HR processes Seek new tools, enablers, and best practices to support GBS MDM in accelerating the CI culture.
