Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our team. You will be responsible for designing seamless and engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in user-centered design, a solid understanding of design systems, and the ability to translate business needs into beautiful and functional interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and create user flows, wire frames, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications that align with brand guidelines and user needs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI libraries for consistency across products.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, testing results, and team input.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation matches the design vision.
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging tools and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills (Bonus Points):
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with front-end development principles and collaboration with developers.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
Education:
UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization PG: MCA in Any Specialization
Shift Timings: Rotational shifts
08.30 AM – 05.30 PM / 09.00 AM – 06.00 PM / 09.30 AM – 06.30 PM
01:30 PM - 10:30 PM ( Allowance will be provided for this shift)
Week offs will be on weekdays
