Job Title: Salon Operations Executive / Assistant Salon ManagerJob Summary

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-oriented individual to handle the daily front-desk and back-end operations of our salon. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth customer check-ins, accurate billing, inventory control, and staff coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Billing: Manage the point-of-sale (POS) system, handle accurate billing, and manage daily cash flow.
Customer Handling: Greet clients warmly, handle inquiries, and ensure a premium customer experience.
Inventory & Product Management: Track stock levels, handle product distribution for services, and maintain accurate inventory records to prevent shortages.
Staff Handling: Coordinate daily schedules, track attendance, and ensure team discipline on the floor.
Salon Operations: Oversee standard opening and closing procedures, ensuring the salon is clean, secure, and ready for business.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or salon operations is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills: Basic computer literacy (for billing software), strong organizational skills, and cash handling accuracy.
Languages: Strong communication skills in Tamil & English (a significant advantage). Knowledge in Hindi is a Plus
Attributes: Punctual, trustworthy, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: 8K to 15K per month
