The Role
We are looking for 4 exceptional individuals to join the Founder's Office as Inner Circle Interns — a highly exclusive, hands-on internship designed for those who don't just want to observe how a business runs, but want to be inside the engine room.
This is not a passive learning role.
You will be the Founder's operational backbone — the person responsible for ensuring that every minute of his day is purposeful, every commitment is honored, every task is tracked, and every moving part of his world is in order.

Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Schedule Management
Plan, organize, and manage the Founder's daily, weekly, and monthly calendar with zero room for error. Every meeting, call, site visit, and commitment must be scheduled, confirmed, and briefed in advance. The Founder's day must be fully prepared before he begins it.
Daily Task Planning & Execution Alignment
Prepare a structured daily task plan for the Founder before execution begins. Prioritize, organize, and ensure all tasks are sequenced efficiently. Follow up on pending items and close loops on every open action point.
Vendor & Business Contact Management
Maintain and manage an organized database of vendors, suppliers, partners, and key business contacts. Coordinate communications, follow-ups, and relationship management on behalf of the Founder.
Office Management & Administration
Oversee the day-to-day operational functioning of the office — from coordination between departments to managing administrative requirements, supplies, and workspace efficiency.
Internal Communication & Team Coordination
Serve as the communication link between the Founder and the internal teams. Relay instructions clearly, follow up on deliverables, and ensure organizational alignment across functions.
Documentation, MOM & Action Plans
Attend key meetings with the Founder. Maintain detailed Minutes of Meetings (MOM), document decisions, and prepare clear action plans with ownership and deadlines. Nothing discussed should be lost.
On-Field Presence & Execution
Step out of the office when the work demands it — vendor meetings, business visits, operational errands, and ground-level execution are all part of this role.
Travel Support
Be prepared and available to travel with the Founder for business purposes at short notice. This role demands flexibility and readiness at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Background
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Commerce, or Finance
MBA preferred — candidates from management institutions will be given preference
Background in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is a strong advantage
Communication
Exceptional verbal communication skills — fluent, articulate, and confident in English and Hindi
Must be able to represent the Founder professionally in conversations with vendors, partners, employees, and stakeholders
Strong written communication for emails, reports, and documentation
Skills & Attributes
High proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and productivity/scheduling tools
Familiarity with AI tools for enhancing daily efficiency and output
Strong understanding of financial basics — P&L reading, budgeting awareness, and a "cash is king" mindset
Excellent organizational and time management skills — ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for follow-through and closure
Composed under pressure — ability to manage high-load, high-speed situations calmly
