The Content Creator & SMM plays a critical role in establishing our digital footprint, driving organic inbound inquiries, and creating a premium brand identity that resonates globally.
Unlike traditional corporate social media roles that focus strictly on scheduling posts, this role demands an active digital storyteller. We run a state-of-the-art manufacturing factory in Krishnanagar and a corporate hub in Salt Lake, Kolkata. Your mission is to bridge these two worlds—translating raw loom-to-fabric craftsmanship, sustainable manufacturing, and design excellence into high-converting visual media.
This role is highly results-driven. Success will be measured by your ability to increase platform engagement, cultivate an active online community, and systematically drive traffic to our digital storefront (arohiglobal.online). We prioritize dynamic execution, exceptional visual taste, and real-time deliverables over formal academic credentials.
3. Key Objectives of the Role
- Transform Visual Identity: Establish a premium, consistent visual aesthetic across all social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook).
- Maximize Inbound Traction: Convert passive viewers into B2B clients, domestic buyers, and global partners through high-impact organic content.
- Tell the Supply Chain Story: Document the raw production process at our Krishnanagar factory and connect it seamlessly with our corporate vision in Kolkata.
- Drive Web Traffic: Build content-driven marketing funnels that guide social media audiences directly to our digital portal.
4. Core Responsibilities4.1 End-to-End Content Production
- Concept, shoot, edit, and copywrite high-performing, short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos).
- Capture high-quality product photography, factory BTS (Behind-The-Scenes), and corporate milestones.
- Write compelling, context-aware captions and text overlays customized for both B2C (Instagram) and B2B (LinkedIn) platforms.
4.2 Social Media Platform Management
- Own the publishing schedules across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Stay ahead of platform algorithm shifts, emerging audio tracks, and digital design trends.
- Actively engage with commenters, industry influencers, and direct messages to nurture community growth.
4.3 Strategic Content Funnels
- Design and execute content themes that highlight fabric quality, tech updates, product drops, and corporate announcements.
- Turn complex textile manufacturing metrics into scannable, engaging infographics and carousel posts.
4.4 Analytics & Growth Strategy
- Track weekly and monthly social media performance indicators.
- A/B test different formats, styles, and hooks to find what converts best.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to align organic pushes with business cycles.

6. Experience & Education RequirementsMinimum Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Fashion Communication, or related creative fields.
- Note: Real-world proof of work, an outstanding portfolio, and a deep understanding of digital aesthetics will always take priority over formal degrees.
Professional Experience
- 2–4 years of proven experience managing social media and content production for D2C brands, creative agencies, apparel/textile houses, or manufacturing businesses.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating short-form video editing, aesthetic design layouts, and copywriting clarity is mandatory.

8. Onboarding & Pre-Appointment Phase

- Mandatory Creative Training Curriculum (2 Months): Detailed deep-dive into the textile product catalog, fabric processing cycles, brand voice, content asset management systems, and target audience persona maps.
- No final appointment letter will be issued without a transparent roadmap outlining content deliverables, campaign goals, and production milestones.
9. Creative Talent Retention PolicyEmployment Retention Agreement
To ensure continuity in brand narrative and protect our creative asset investments, this position falls under Arohi Global’s Operational Talent Retention Policy.
- Minimum Commitment Period: 6 Months.
- Employees are expected to remain with the organization for the entirety of this duration to ensure a steady, unified content presence.
Policy Terms
- If an employee decides to exit before completing the minimum 6-month term, a talent replacement penalty applies to offset recruitment costs, advanced tool provisions, and content timeline disruptions.
- Standard Penalty Range: ₹30,000 – ₹75,000 (Defined explicitly in the final employee agreement).
Notice Period
- Duration: 30 Days.
- Requires complete transition of active content asset banks, login authentications, editing source files, and upcoming content calendars prior to formal release.
