Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Lead / Team Lead to join our in-office GDC Noida delivery
team, supporting complex enterprise transformation programs for U.S.-based clients.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a startup environment, where you will wear multiple
hats—leading technical delivery, mentoring teams, solving complex problems, and contributing
to how we scale our delivery capabilities. While operating within enterprise-grade governance,
you are expected to demonstrate flexibility, ownership, and a builder’s mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Hands-On Delivery
Lead end-to-end technical delivery for assigned projects or workstreams.
Translate solution architecture into executable technical designs and implementation
plans.
Remain hands-on when needed—designing, building, debugging, and reviewing
solutions.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and production-ready.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
Lead and mentor developers, integration engineers, or data engineers.
Allocate work, review deliverables, and ensure timely, high-quality execution.
Coach team members on best practices, patterns, and enterprise-grade standards.
Support hiring, onboarding, and ramp-up of new team members.

Startup Mindset & Wearing Multiple Hats
Step beyond traditional role boundaries to support delivery needs as they arise.
Contribute to internal process improvements, templates, and technical accelerators.
Support pre-sales activities such as effort estimation, solution inputs, and technical
clarifications when required.
Help shape how Solutionara scales its technical and delivery capabilities.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Program Managers.
Participate in client workshops, technical reviews, and design discussions.
Clearly communicate technical risks, dependencies, and trade-offs to stakeholders.
Partner with PMs to align technical execution with delivery commitments.
Governance, Quality & Standards
Enforce and continuously improve coding standards, integration patterns, and
documentation.
Participate in Architecture Review Board (ARB) and governance checkpoints.
Ensure adherence to security, performance, and operational requirements.
Promote observability, error handling, and long-term supportability.
Required Qualifications
Experience & Background
6–10 years of experience in software development, integration, or data engineering.
1–3+ years in a Technical Lead or Team Lead role.
Experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions in consulting or professional services
environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Technical Skills (One or More Areas)
Integration & APIs (REST/SOAP, event-driven architectures, iPaaS platforms)
Data platforms, pipelines, and analytics ecosystems
Enterprise systems (ERP, PIM, DAM, CDP, or custom digital platforms)
Strong understanding of integration patterns, error handling, and system observability.
Leadership & Communication
Strong ownership mindset and comfort operating in a startup environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities simultaneously.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working with U.S.-based clients and global teams.
Willingness to work in-office at GDC Noida.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Experience with enterprise clients in retail, manufacturing, or consumer goods.
Exposure to ERP ecosystems (JDE, SAP, Oracle).
Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Prior involvement in architecture reviews or governance forums.
Experience supporting pre-sales or solution estimation activities.
