Job Description Summary
The (Senior) Business Analyst – Sales & Pursuits plays a key role in driving sales excellence and supporting client pursuits across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.
This role focuses on building the intelligence, insights and tools that enable sales leaders and pursuits teams to win more work. The Analyst works closely with regional Sales Enablement, Pursuits and Business Development Services (BDS) teams to develop and maintain client intelligence, conduct market analyses and strengthen pursuit playbooks that sharpen our competitive edge and strengthen client relationships. The role combines research, analysis, storytelling, and data-driven insights to support strategic pursuits, build repeatable best-practice frameworks and identify opportunities to grow share of wallet with target clients.
While the primary focus will be on the Asia Pacific region, this role may be required to collaborate with other regions including Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) as well as the Americas, with the intent of sharing insights and best-practices.

About The Role:

Partner with Sales Leadership and Business Development teams to maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a balanced mix of short-, medium-, and long-term opportunities.

Conduct opportunity qualification, profitability assessments, competitor analysis, and client mapping to support strategic pursuit decisions and improve win rates.

Leverage Salesforce, Power BI, Beacon, and market intelligence tools to track pipeline performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Develop pursuit intelligence, client research, and competitive analysis reports to support bid strategy, account planning, and client engagement activities.

Create and maintain sales enablement assets including playbooks, proposal templates, pursuit libraries, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.

Support strategic account growth initiatives by developing account intelligence, engagement tracking mechanisms, and performance dashboards for key clients.

Translate complex data, market research, and business insights into compelling presentations and executive-level recommendations.

Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and enhance sales effectiveness.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Brand, and Growth teams to improve sales processes, pursuit outcomes, and operational efficiency.

Maintain documentation, knowledge repositories, and best-practice frameworks to drive continuous improvement and organizational learning.
About You:
4-7 years of strong analytical and research skills with the ability to identify market trends, competitive insights, and commercial growth opportunities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling business narratives and presentations.
Proficient in Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience building dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools.
Experienced in sales enablement, business development, market intelligence, account planning, or strategy-related functions.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and drive projects to completion.
Collaborative team player who effectively partners with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Brand, and Growth teams.
Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving business priorities.
Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and process optimization.
Familiarity with pursuit management, bid support, client intelligence, and competitive analysis methodologies.
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline; experience within professional services or real estate environments is advantageous.
