Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Project Coordination Intern to join our team. As a Project Coordination Intern, you will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to support the execution of various projects. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, improve organizational and communication skills, and learn about the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the coordination and execution of projects across various departments.
Support the development and maintenance of project timelines, schedules, and deliverables.
Help monitor project progress, track key milestones, and report status updates to team members and stakeholders.
Organize and maintain project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
Assist with resource allocation and manage task assignments to ensure timely project completion.
Participate in meetings and assist with the preparation of meeting agendas and action items.
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication across all levels of the project.
Track project budgets and assist with financial reporting and documentation.
Help identify and resolve any project-related issues or roadblocks on time.
Perform general administrative duties as needed to support project managers.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
