Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Manager Record to Report In this role we are looking for a strong SME with extensive knowledge of accounting concepts and should have led a team with a size of 10-15 people. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end R2 R process. Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end R2 R processes including journal entries accruals prepayments reconciliations fixed assets intercompany month-end quarter-end and year-end close - Monitor daily/weekly dashboards to ensure adherence to SLA/KPI - Act as a key point of contact for client finance teams auditors and internal stakeholders. - Manage escalations and proactively resolve issues. - Partner with clients to identify opportunities for process standardization harmonization and automation - Lead coach and develop a team of 1015 associates. - Conduct performance reviews career development discussions and manage attrition - Drive adherence to risk and compliance frameworks - Ensure process documentation (SO Ps) are updated regularly. - Identify and implement process improvement opportunities using LSS and other RPA tools
