Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead a technical team comprising both MERN stack and PHP developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack and PHP frameworks
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and compliance with coding standards.
Implement and advocate for agile development methodologies within the team.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development.

Desired Skills and Competencies:

Proficiency in JavaScript and ES6+ syntax.
Strong experience with the MERN (Mongo DB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.
Proficiency in PHP development and familiarity with PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony).
Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React.js, jQuery).
Knowledge of database design and implementation, particularly with Mongo DB and MySQL.
Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
