Full job description

We are seeking a Dentist who is willing to work as a friendly and organized Clinic Manager to oversee daily front desk operations, serve as the first point of contact for patients, and ensure smooth clinic functioning.

Key Responsibilities

Phone & Communication Management

- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally

- Respond to patient inquiries regarding services, pricing, and availability

- Handle appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up calls

- Manage emails and messages from patients

Appointment Management

- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments efficiently

- Coordinate doctor schedules to optimize patient flow

- Maintain and update the appointment and welcome walk-in patients warmly

- Minimize wait times and avoid scheduling conflicts

**Patient Management**

- Greet and welcome walk-in patients warmly

- Guide the receptionist to register new patients and update existing patient records

- Address patient concerns and complaints professionally

- Ensure comfortable waiting area experience

**Administrative Duties**

- Maintain patient confidentiality and records

- Coordinate with dental staff and assistants

- Handle billing inquiries and payment collection

- Manage office supplies and inventory

- Proven experience in clinic/healthcare administration,DENTIST is the preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
