Talent Acquisition Intern (Remote)
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment and HR operations team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, talent engagement, HR operations, and recruitment technology platforms. High-performing interns may be offered a full-time opportunity based on performance and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
IT Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities for IT and technology-related positions.
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various technical roles.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
LinkedIn Sourcing & Talent Mapping
- Source potential candidates through LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Build talent pools for current and future hiring requirements.
- Conduct market research and talent mapping for niche technology skills.
- Engage passive candidates and maintain ongoing communication.
- Identify and attract high-quality talent across multiple geographies.
Niche & Specialized Hiring
- Support recruitment efforts for specialized technology roles, including:
- Cloud Engineering
- Data Engineering
- AI & Machine Learning
- Cybersecurity
- Enterprise Applications
- Software Development
- DevOps & Platform Engineering
- Assist with candidate assessment and skill alignment.
- Research emerging technology skills and hiring trends.
Zoho Recruit & Recruitment Operations
- Manage candidate records and job postings within Zoho Recruit.
- Update applicant tracking system (ATS) data accurately.
- Schedule interviews and maintain recruitment documentation.
- Generate recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company standards.
Communication & Candidate Engagement
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and follow-ups.
- Coordinate interview schedules and recruitment communications.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Maintain professional communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
People Engagement & HR Support
- Assist with employee engagement and internal communication activities.
- Support onboarding coordination for new hires.
- Participate in HR initiatives and team-building activities.
- Help maintain employee records and documentation.
- Contribute to organizational culture and employee experience programs.
HR Operations
- Support day-to-day HR administrative activities.
- Assist with recruitment documentation and compliance processes.
- Maintain hiring records and recruitment databases.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding hiring requirements.
- Help streamline recruitment and HR workflows.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track sourcing, screening, and hiring activities.
- Prepare recruitment dashboards and weekly reports.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and hiring trends.
- Support data-driven hiring decisions.
