Position: Zonal Head Manager – Education ERP & SaaS Sales
Experience: 6–8 Years
Location: Remote / Work From Home (India)

About the Role

Infinity Infoway Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Zonal Head Manager to drive sales growth for our Education ERP and SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT sales, ERP sales, SaaS platforms, and educational technology solutions, along with proven experience in team handling, client acquisition, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute zonal sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Lead sales initiatives for Education ERP and SaaS products across assigned territories.
Identify and acquire new schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as Principals, Directors, Trustees, and Management Teams.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.
Collaborate with marketing and business development teams for lead generation activities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance reviews.
Mentor and guide sales team members to improve productivity and achieve targets.
Represent the organization in educational events, conferences, seminars, and exhibitions.

Required Skills & QualificationsMust Have

6–8 years of experience in Education ERP Sales, SaaS Sales, or IT Solution Sales.
Strong understanding of ERP software and SaaS business models.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in selling software solutions to educational institutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
Experience in team management and strategic sales planning.

Preferred

MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Existing network within schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
Experience handling multiple regions or zonal-level sales operations.
